There is no single attribute that defines a great Realtor. For over 15 years Gary has made Real Estate his life’s work, from a rich history that has given him expertise in all aspects of Real Estate. Whether it is for a first time homebuyer or seller, or for those who have bought and sold before, Gary’s genuine care, diligence, organization, management, and negotiative skills have brought security and happiness to many of his clients whom he refers to as “my family.”

Gary has a vast knowledge of neighborhoods from Leaside, Lawrence Park, North York, mid-town, downtown, and into the Scarborough, Markham and Richmond Hill suburban communities. He has watched these areas change over the years, but more importantly, he is aware of the trends that are shaping their future.

Prior to his professional real estate career, Gary enjoyed a successful career as a Small Business Advisor helping entrepreneurs start their own business. His responsibility for assessing business plans, developing strategies, negotiating financial transactions, educating clients on how to effectively market and sell, and providing the highest level of customer service to the public are but a few of the acquired skills that Gary employs in his real estate career today.
